Welcome to The Cornish Inn, Gunnislake

Steve, Sue and Iain Freeman would like to welcome you to the Cornish Inn. The property was originally constructed approximately 300 years ago from stone, with the external walls rendered under a renewed pitched tiled roof.

Gunnislake was developed as a mining village, with numerous original mining cottages throughout the village, although in recent years more residential expansion has occured.

The Large village of Gunnislake is located astride the A390 road just under a mile to the west of the bridging point of the River Tamar, which constitutes the county border with Devon. The town of Tavistock is approximately six miles to the east, the large village of Callington approximately five miles to the west and the city of Plymouth approximately fourteen miles south.
